Problem
A Norwegian construction company had a significant project in the municipality of Drammen in Norway, in which Finnish companies and investors were actively involved. In the project, we acted as an overall advisor to the joint venture and assisted in drawing up the agreements both in terms of cooperation agreements and profit sharing agreements. We also prepare the holding company structure for the companies and the establishment of sister companies.
Solution
We advised the project parties and drew up the project contracts. The customers were very satisfied, because all of their business grew significantly and the contracts provided an equal basis for continuing and growing the business.
