We resolved the division of responsibility for the housing association’s damage situation

Problem

Several apartments in the apartment building were damaged. As often happens in building societies, there was an attempt to pass responsibility from one party to several parties, so the company needed our help.

Solution

Arvioimme tilanteen ja paikansimme oikeat vastuutahot, joille taloyhtiö esitti välityksellämme vaateensa. Laadukas vaateiden ajaminen edellyttää pitkäjänteistä ja huolellista selvitystyötä, väitteiden perustelua ja sinnikkyyttä. Raskaalta oikeusprosessilta on mahdollista välttyä, jos asia saadaan esitettyä selvästi ja uskottavasti relevanteilla argumenteilla ja näytöllä. The matter was settled tripartitely with the housing company and two other parties so that the parties were satisfied with the solution.
