We drove and settle the construction dispute
The demanding case was settled according to the solution we presented.
Problem
The developer and the contractor had challenges related to the contract. It was about a disagreement related to the performance package and related contract interpretations, as well as a dispute over the payment and quality of the work performed. The matter was technically very demanding and our lawyer explained the division of responsibility down to the individual channel control motor.
Solution
We assisted and advised our client so that the project could be completed efficiently. It was the tallest tower blocks in Finland at the time, which was a particularly interesting and challenging case. Our client was satisfied with the end result and as a whole the matter was resolved amicably in accordance with the solution we just presented.
