We advise on real estate development projects (development value €450-550 million)
We acted as the implementer of the project and were able to sell the object in accordance with the interest of the landowners, efficiently and under favorable conditions for the customer.
PROBLEM
The landowners wanted to develop and sell a plan area of just under 100,000 floor square meters, for which they needed expert help.
SOLUTION
We act as a joint trusted advisor for several landowners in the process. In the project, we assisted landowners in the land use issues of the zoning and in the land use agreement. At the same time, we prepared the conditions for optimizing the sale of land and took into account the necessary aspects and actions.
The project also included the sale of the entire project in several installments, which was carried out in accordance with the sales model we developed. It creates maximum value and income for the land owner from the sale of land or real estate with an efficient and actively competitive model. In this way, all the larger players who were interested in the project were able to compete on price to the benefit of the landowners. The site was sold in the interest of the landowners to the customer on favorable terms.
