We assisted our client both in the sales process and in land use agreement negotiations.
PROBLEM
The landowners were planning a major zoning process and needed our help to see it through. The land owners in the project were Finnish and foreign persons, whose interest was to sell the block of flats located in the center of Leppävaara, Espoo, to investors/builders. We acted as advisors to the landowners, managing the sales process and negotiations with the city regarding the land use agreement.
SOLUTION
We acted as an advisor to our corporate client and implemented the sale of landowners’ building rights to a construction company. We negotiated with the municipality regarding the land use agreement and assisted in transferring the business to the fund. Later, we also assisted in the sales process of dividing the purchase into a joint venture between the construction company and the investment fund.
