Janne Manninen

A member of the Finnish Bar, Janne is both a real estate lawyer and a graduate engineer, combining the understanding of technical and construction physics with his legal know-how. In addition to construction and real estate contracts and damages, Janne is experienced in labour law. 

Recently, Janne has resolved and settled first and foremost extremely technical questions of responsibility related to maintenance and of articles of association in addition to technically challenging disputes about mould, microbes, water damage and volatile organic compounds and the interpretation of building codes. 

Besides law books, Janne’s bookshelves contain technical books about construction from various time periods in addition to popular science books.
